At Milano Pink Garage, we supply high-quality car parts imported directly from Japan. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for warranty claims only.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims are subject to approval by the manufacturer.
Milano Pink Garage acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee warranty approval.
Qualification for Warranty Claims
To be eligible for a warranty claim, all of the following criteria must be met:
Proof of purchase must be provided
Online purchases: order number
In-store purchases: proof of funds transfer on the purchase date
Professional installation is mandatory
Item(s) must be installed by a licensed mechanic at a licensed workshop
An invoice must be provided showing:
Installation date
Workshop details
Item installed
Manufacturer Warranty Card (if supplied)
Must be presented upon request
Coverage and eligibility are determined by the manufacturer. Please refer to Additional Terms and Conditions for Warranty Claims below.
Process for Warranty Claims
Complete the Warranty Claim Form.
Provide as much information as possible to assist assessment.
Be prepared to supply photos of:
Proof of purchase
The item(s) and fault in question
Proof of professional installation (invoice)
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs must be paid upfront by the customer.
If the warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer, Milano Pink Garage will reimburse eligible shipping costs.
If the claim is rejected, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If your claim is approved, you will receive an email outlining the next steps.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer assessment and approval.
Warranty duration is determined by the manufacturer and begins from the purchase date.
The defective item must be inspected before any outcome is offered.
Repair vs Replacement
Replacement (partial or full) will only be provided for major manufacturing defects, where deemed appropriate.
Minor defects may be repaired instead of replaced.
The decision to repair or replace is made solely at the discretion of Milano Pink Garage and the manufacturer.
Customers are not automatically entitled to a replacement.
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
Installation on a vehicle other than the intended application
Installation not performed by a licensed professional
Items modified or altered outside factory specifications
Improper installation or maintenance
Abuse, overheating, or use in motorsport or racing
Normal wear-and-tear items (e.g. brake pads)
Labour costs for installation or removal
Shipping costs (unless approved and reimbursed as stated above)
Consequential or incidental damage
Installation of incorrect items (this voids all warranty coverage)
Grey Import Notice
Milano Pink Garage is a grey importer of automotive parts.
All warranty claims must be processed through Milano Pink Garage only.
Do not contact local distributors, agents, or manufacturers directly, as they are not authorised to assess or process warranty claims for products supplied by us.
Contacting third-party distributors may result in delays or rejection of your warranty claim.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Policy Updates
Milano Pink Garage reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication.
